State Fair Commercial Vendors

Thank you for your interest in being a vendor at the 2023 Maryland State Fair. The 2023 Maryland State Fair dates are August 24-27, August 31-September 4, and September 7-10. 

*NEW FOR 2023*

All vendor applications can be submitted through our new online portal! Vendors from the 2022 Maryland State Fair will have first chance to renew until March 1. Returning vendors must submit their application and $500 non-refundable deposit by March 1. 

After March 1, we will begin reviewing and assigning new vendors. However, new vendors are encouraged to apply now!

Using the EventHub Online Portal
Vendors will have access to download/print your invoice or receipt, access documents, send messages to the Fairgrounds staff, see your booth assignment and other logistics leading up to the event.
Be sure to bookmark and save your log-in (username and password) to your browser to easily be able to revisit your orders and complete next steps!
Once your order is approved, you can send us paperwork, access your invoice, send us messages, and view your logistics info/booth assignment all from your Order Summary. All communication will be done on the EventHub platform. This tutorial will show you the possibilities:

Submitting Your Online Application
To register for our event this year, follow these steps:
  1. Click this link to go to our Showcase Page on EventHub:
  2. Add the booth type you want to your cart from the Pricing Box and click the "Proceed to Checkout" button.
  3. You will be prompted to create an account or log-in if you have previously created an eventHub account. Then, you can continue through checkout!
  4. At checkout, you will be able to purchase extra admission tickets and wifi, complete your profile application and lastly select your preferred payment method (check or credit card). 
  5. Submit your order!

Note: If you opted for credit card payment, your payment will be placed on hold and will be automatically processed when we approve your application. If you wish to avoid this, you must choose to pay via check and can manually pay your invoice via credit card at a later date in the portal.
