State Fair Info

Our Maryland State Fair has a long and fascinating past. It is known that a race track existed on what is now the Maryland State Fairgrounds, but its chronology is very hard to verify. To read the full story of the Maryland State Fair and how it came to be, read the Maryland State Fair's History!

Our staff here at the Maryland State Fair is always ready to answer all your questions. You may contact the individual staff member that can best assist you.

The Maryland State Fair offers two scholarships annually for students. Each scholarship is different. Please read all the requirements carefully in order to determine which scholarship may be best for you!
