THE BALTIMORE COUNTY FARMERS MARKET BLOOMS AGAIN FOR ITS 9TH YEAR!
Approximately 12 Baltimore County farmers and producers have come together again to offer high quality local in-season fruit and vegetables, meats, milk, ice cream, chocolate, wine, coffee & tea, eggs, flowers, pet treats, baked goods, Maryland-themed items, and more to the community. The Baltimore County Farmers Market, conveniently located with free parking at the Maryland State Fairgrounds Main Gate, north side of the digital sign, will take place every Wednesday, June 6 - October 31, 10 AM - 1 PM. The Baltimore County Farmers Market at the Maryland State Fairgrounds is authorized to accept Farmers Market Nutrition Program (FMNP), WIC Fruit & Vegetable and Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) Stamps.
"Our market offers high-quality, fresh from the farm produce, flowers and more," said Baltimore County Farmers Market Manager Bill Langlotz. "A variety of fresh in-season fruit and vegetables starting with strawberries, asparagus, spinach, lettuce, spring onions and more will be available each week. Chicken, beef, eggs, honey, ice cream and baked goods are just a few of the other featured local items. It makes me hungry just to talk about it" added Langlotz.

The sweet chocolate history of our FoxTrot Chocolates began over two decades ago when Sherilyn Fox made chocolate candies as a treat for her two young children and later shared as gifts for family and friends. In 2014, after realizing the fetish that many have for chocolate and caramel, she began experimenting using sugar, butter, vanilla, syrup, and other ingredients to create creamy, smooth, and delicious tasting caramels. Ms. Fox shared her homemade caramel creations with multiple candy critics who helped fine tune and perfect her recipe and launch FoxTrot Chocolates in February 2015. We, at Foxtrot Chocolates, invite anyone in Baltimore and beyond who has a refined sweet tooth to enjoy our variety of locally made chocolates, cashew caramels, spicy peanut brittle, and more.
